Triage by tier and status, drill into a focused detail pane for any client, and edit identity fields by hand when an entry is missing from Umbrella DB.

The data layer reads from data/clients/ — one folder per client with client.json, append-only events.jsonl, and per-project files in projects/. When the Postgres env is wired, the loader can additionally hydrate canonical entities from data.company / data.person in Umbrella DB.
